We are committed to your satisfaction regarding your order and service. Our return policy is simple, if we have made the mistake, then we will reship your order.
Any item, which is returned, it must be in its original condition, seal not opened, and should be returned within 15 days of its delivery date to be exchanged or refunded.
Product must be in its original condition/packaging (unopened sealed packages in mint condition and clean). Returned item can’t be disassembled or damaged by assembly or neglect.
Products that are returned for a refund will be subject to a minimum of a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable. We are not responsible for shipping costs or damages on returned items.
Special Size, Super Precision, Custom or Featured, & Special-ordered products per customer’s request are NOT returnable for any reason and items that are used, damaged, deformed or altered in any ways will NOT be accepted.

Please send a request for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Number) via your user account or email only. Returned goods without an authorization number (RMA#) will be rejected or unconditioned.
For all returns, please include a copy of the invoice which shows your name and order number along with the RMA Number. All refunds will take 10-15 business days to be processed and applied.
